SMOOVE FOR BEGINNERS – CREATING A SURVEY
Let’s start building surveys directly within the system!
What’s special about this module?
no need to use Custom Fields - lead comments will be saved in the survey itself. this will allow saving data for long and analyze it.
What can you do with this?
- Build a survey and send it to customers and clients
- See how many contacts answered the survey and view their details
- Export an Excel file with all the responses to the survey
How do you do it?
creating a survey
- In the menu - press “Surveys”
- Select “Create survey”
- Select a template
- Add new survey
- Hover with the mouse over one of the fields in the form
- press "Add"
Field type - Select the type of content for this field
- Field title - The question we want to ask in the survey
- Required - A field the customer has to complete in order to submit the survey
- “Update contact” field – Enables a customized field to be updated
- Field - Select the field you want to update
- Save
- "Thank you" page - Tab
- Set a page the customer will be directed to after answering the survey. You can also set a landing page and an external web page as a thank you message
- Settings - Tab
- Campaign name – Enter the survey name
- Save
- Copy the survey URL and mail it to the relevant target audience
Responses - Viewing the survey results
- Summarizing report
- Hover over "surveys" menu
- select "My surveys"
- Scroll to the relevant survey row
- press "Responses"
- A specific customer’s completed survey
- Hover over "contacts" menu
- Select a contact
- "Responses" tab
- Select the desired survey form
